When did the 70th week begin? AD 30
“25 Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to … the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. And… sixty-two weeks… 26 And ‘after’ the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one [Jesus appeared] shall be cut off and shall have nothing…” – Daniel 9:25,26
So, when does the Anointed One (Jesus) appear?
In the “sixty-two weeks” period? Or in the “70th Week” period?
Or even outside and does not appearing in both “sixty-two weeks” and “One Week” timeframes?
The Anointed One is the central figure of this Seventy Weeks prophecy. Therefore, He must not be set aside or exclude from this Seventy-Weeks timeframes.
So, at what time frame would be the anointed one appeared?
The Anointed One cannot appear during the sixty-two weeks, because the angel Gabriel said that the Anointed One would appear after “sixty-two weeks”, which means at the beginning of the “70th Week”. Therefore, the 70th Week – the final One Seven has already begun in AD 30, not in the future, otherwise does that mean the Anointed One has never appeared before?
And at the end of this symbolic final “One Week” , the antichrist will rise and a difficult time will come, also known as the Great Tribulation, which marks “the end of the Age“. This period ends with the spectacular Second Coming of Jesus to earth, that’s why the “70th Week” – the final “One Week” must not a literal 7 years, but lasted about 2000 years from AD 30 till now.
Was there a pause? No.
The 70th week started immediately after the 69th week. If there is a pause, it will prove that God is not Almight that He cannot accurately predict someting wrong issues will happen. Therefore, God’s plan cannot be completed within seventy weeks and needs to be paused.
The ’70th Week’ is the symbolic final ‘one Seven’ period. The first 3.5 symbolic period refers to the anointed One – Jesus was appearring from AD30 to AD33 1/2.
AD 70 marks as the “half” of ‘One Seven’.
The final “3.5“ is the Seven Churches Age “a time, times, and half a time” from AD 70 until the end of the Age.
During this period, God addresses the whole world. Everyone may now hear the Gospel and join the Church, they may also be one of the 144,000 saints, if they have been chosen and sealed by God. We also call this the ‘time of grace’.
