Where did “a loud voice” come from in Revelation 12:10?
10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.
11 And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.

It seems “a loud voice” of Revelation 12:10 referring to the voice of “the souls – 7 Churches’ brothers” under the altar in heaven.
“And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. 11 And they (the 7 Churches’ brothers) have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.” – Rev. 12:10,11
“When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for “the word of God” and for “the witness” they had borne. 10 They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”” – Rev. 6:9,10
“Then (souls under the altar) they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers (the rest offspring) should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.” – Rev. 6:11
“Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring (the rest brothers of the souls under the altar), on those who “keep the commandments of God” and hold to “the testimony” of Jesus.” – Rev. 12:17
“Here is a call for the endurance of the (144000) saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.” – Rev. 14:12
“Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you (John) and your brothers (7 Churches’ brothers) who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God.” For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” – Rev. 19:10
“ I, John, your brother (of the 7 Churches) and partner in the tribulation and the kingdom and the patient endurance that are in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos on account of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.” – Rev. 1:9
“Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls (7 Churches’ brothers) of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those (144000) who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” – Rev. 20:4
Therefore, the voice crying loudly in heaven seems referring to “the slain souls under the altar”, they are “7 Churches’s brothers”; the 144000 saints; brothers of the rest offspring of the heavenly woman.
